• You must call us before placing this order.
• You must also add the relevant transfer service as this service does NOT include the transfer cost unless the tape has mould/SSS.
• This service must NOT be ordered on its own.
• We only repair tapes to transfer them to DVDs, etc.
• Each additional repair on the same tape is £4.99
  

This service is to repair a snapped or a small section of a jammed tape only once unless you select the relevant option from the drop-down menu.

These tapes are old and fragile. The transferred/recovered tapes are not guaranteed to play on your players; please only play the digital version/s that you have received, e.g., DVD, MP4 and USB, etc.

As we all know videotapes lose their quality every year and by transferring them to digital you will stop further damage to your precious video archive and use up to 75% less space.

If you have broken mini DV tapes in your archive and would like to be able to lend, sell or watch them again then look no further.
