We have 3 copies of the same R-DVD from 2006. They are corrupted. We can see some parts woth video and sound and others using fast forward, though without the sound.
It was 27 minutes long.
Would it be helpful to send multiple copies in case they have given out in different places?
How much would you charge to extract as much audio and video as possible?

There is some unique footage on here so we hope very much you can help.

Thank you for the question.

We are confident that if the disc is recoverable, we will recover as much as possible. It’s best to send all three discs together but process them one by one. This way, you can review the digital version online before deciding whether to proceed with the next one. If the footage isn’t satisfactory, we can recover the second disc and follow the same process. We charge £39.99 per DVD recovery if we successfully recover any material, which is why we recommend doing it one by one while sending them all together to save on postage time and costs.

Hi. I have raw unedited footage on a dvd from my wedding. There were two different recordings on it. One with pictures but white noise and one with the microphone recordings attached. I’ve not been able to play it on my dvd for years as it doesn’t recognise it. It was recorded in 2001 but my husband died 12 years ago and I’d really like to be able to access it. Sadly the person who shot the video doesn’t have it on file anymore. Is this something you could help with?
