I am thoroughly impressed. The process was seamless from start to finish. I sent in my old family DVDs, and within a short time, I received a digital version via a convenient download link. The clarity of the video was excellent, and I was relieved to know that those memories are now safely backed up in a digital format. Their customer service was also excellent, keeping me informed throughout. Highly recommended.

Found an old camcorder tape that had memories of my dad, unsure of who to convert it to digital format. I reached out to Mo after seeing their adver sign from the road. A pretty quick turnaround and Mo called me to say it was ready to view, I think it took about 2 days instead of the 5 days he mentioned. He gave the link to download and there it was, old and priceless moments viewed again after 18yrs. I could pick up the hardcopy afterwards. Very reasonable price as well. Now I'm on the look out for those old tapes!

I have a 60 year old magnetic tape recorded at the very odd - and very slow - speed of 15/16" that I wanted transferring to digital (mp3). Despite the unusual speed, MediaSOS produced the goods without any problems. Very pleased to have this historic material in digital form!
