Hi
We received the mp3 files for this old reel to reel tape and are very pleased with the service.
My wife remembers that this reel had voice recording on both sides of the tape and thinks you have only maybe converted one side. Looking at the tape it is shiny on one side and duller on the other side. We don't have a tape player to check if it's recorded on both sides and are asking if you did or not?
